Daily Duties at Hbo Productions:

Work closely with the Senior Management, and business partners to maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules and work hours. Organize, attend and participate in project meetings. Document meeting minutes, share with participants and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings. Preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings. Track and ensure project deadlines are met. Providing administrative support as needed. Ensuring projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation is maintained appropriately for each project. Track and assess project risks and issues and work with team to provide solutions where applicable.
