Daily Duties at Pac Group :

Develop relations with a multitude of potential Clients to learn if they need temporary staff to help them launch new products. When launching something new, additional staff is always required but not needed once normal production is established. Quote and agreed on contract terms --- basically Sales of Contracted Services. Match my Teams' skills to Client's needs. Often interviewing many Chinese Engineers to find and hire the skills Clients require. Manage the Team's progress in support of the Client and his satisfaction of their support. My Team typically was around 20 to 25 Engineers although at 1 time I had a team of 33 engineers. Regularly invited to actual and potential Customers to do Site assessments, offer improvement suggestions, and support problem resolution. I often gave speeches, published articles in Expositions and Events in order to find potential Customers. I taught 15 Workshops during this time on Buyer Negotiations, Quality Management/Improvement, and LEAN - through-put enhancement.
