Daily Duties at Us Army Recruiting Command And Us Army Medical Command :

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing recruiting operations for highly qualified healthcare professionals. Directly managed multiple physician recruitment and placement activities for the U.S. Army Medical Command at the executive and strategic level. Coordinates and follows through official meetings, with medical, dental, psychology, nursing schools, residents & Sr. residents, graduations, match day, from five medical schools, over 60 residencies, over 20 universities throughout Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands for the United States Army Medical Department. Plans, conduct and implement recruiting and marketing strategies for assigned missions. Monitor effective internal control measures and quality performance and improvement measures with effective management of resources and mission focus needs. Principal staff officer coordinating and executing official meetings with the office of the U.S. Army Surgeon General, Governor of PR and US Virgin Islands, Health Department, Medical and Dental Schools Chancellors, Departmental Deans, teaching hospitals and medical centers, universities, media, and many others professional healthcare entities.
