Daily Duties at Management Training Corporation:
Provided technical support and resolved connectivity problems with modems, browsers, and operating systems. Coordinated conversion of 200+ users to an upgraded, newly installed computer and telephone system. Performed Task Lead Management of daily trouble-shooting activities, prioritization, response, resolution and document with Department of Job Corps (DOL) Centers. Directed and collaborated with multiple IT Vendors, IT Specialist, Project Managers, Data Operation Engineers for DOL Phase One Wiring Project and Phase Two Computer Infrastructure Upgrade. Reviewed resources allocated to proposals and plans and determined time frame, funding requirements, procedures for accomplishing Job Corps program, staffing requirements, system requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the program/project.
