Represented the Department of Veteran Affairs externally in professional working and small business events. Designed comprehensive in-residence training with differentiation to meet the needs of diverse users. Conducted various Webinars training for Veterans and Small business preparing to do business with the VA. Worked with training vendors to implement virtual training pilots for educational virtual training for VA employees. Created plan for delivery of training materials required to support performance management technology.
