Daily Duties at Ameri Health Caritas Dc:

Collaborate with staff to ensure project goals are met and promote awareness of pertinent risks and challenges. Partner with Department of Employment Services (DOES) and other organizations to manage intern recruitment. Conduct interviews for each internship cohort and facilitate the on-boarding process for the hired interns. Establish the workforce development learning workshop curriculum that are utilized for every internship. Facilitate training for existing programs (e.g. interview skills, goal setting and performance management). Develops rubrics, surveys and other assessment instruments to evaluate the program instructional resources. Ensure customer job readiness compliance by maintaining weekly outreach contact with all customers. Develop structured job strategy that integrates optimal mix of pre-employment activities for advancement.  Key leader within organization driving quality internships as a component of the student’s PTW experience. Drive AmeriHealth Caritas DC efforts to expand presence as the premier organization for internships.
