▪ Reviewed the Western Governors University (WGU) P-12/Special Education/Adult Education and ESL Instructor Skills Map for the WGU Teachers College. ▪ Researched raw WGU data and added skills missing from the existing WGU skill families. ▪ Completed an online survey rating each new and existing skill for importance, difficulty, and frequency. ▪ Participated in a calibration conference call with other SMEs to build consensus for the final skill families and skill statements. ▪ Provided updated WGU skills families in the form of a Google Sheet.
