Instrumental in incident investigation to reduce number of accidents and close cases faster. Monitored and maintain multi-million dollar athletic training program and focused on 150 performance conditioning procedures. Influential in establishing equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives in communications efforts to increase inclusion practices in entertainment.
