Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Sales and Operations for Dallas/Ft. Worth and Oklahoma markets including P&L budgets, sales forecasts, retail marketing execution and developing channel partners across multiple channels (grocery, mass, drug, and convenience) through leadership of 5-10 District Sales Managers and 100+ independent distributor operators. General Manager duties of complete operations from warehouse distribution centers (2) to sales operations. Recruited for and administrated independent distributor contracts. Responsible for new business development direction concerning independent channels in convenience and grocery. Developed shelf space and display schematics for markets based on analytics of Neilson and IRI data to improve market share and ACV KPI's. Training and development of District Sales Managers. Developed relationships with brokers and other brand representatives to generate action plans to increase display and shelf space execution.
