Initially- Manage a Team of Buyers and grow that team from just 5 individuals to 16 members to successfully launch the $150,000 vehicle Later (last 18 months) - 3 specific responsibilities 1 - Manage the 29 Suppliers located in China representing 30% of the purchased parts value of the car 2 - Develop and manage the Sourcing Strategies for future vehicles to be launched in 2021 and beyond which included a Coupe/Convertible and SUV and a vehicle to be made in China in 2024. 3 - Lead the purchasing activities related Customization of Karma cars - how to make unique Customer ordered "one-off" cars cost effectively
