Reviewed and utilized client documentation during inspection process (drawings, studies, maintenance logs) etc. • Developed cost estimates for facilities replacement costs and corrective measures. • Reviewed plans and specifications for new and existing constructions, such as Hospitals, Nursing homes and ambulatory Surgical Centers, to ensure compliance with the state and federal regulations for physical plant and life safety standard. Cross trained in the areas of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering and Architectural Engineering.
