Daily Duties at Inland Metal Technologies:
Direct purchasing of Inventory and MRO (maintenance, repair and operating) supplies. Lead the team of 3 Buyers in the timely purchase of commodities: Raw Material, Hardware, and Outside Processing (OSP). Report weekly key performance indicators (KPIs) on execution of MRP messages, on-time material receipts, improvements in payments terms, and resolution of invoicing issues. Utilized MRP to schedule purchase deliveries at required needs dates to support Production. Reduced costs and increase material and service quality using effective management approaches while cultivating productive and enduring partnerships. Supervised and develop Buyers in execution of daily purchases, and track price increase if any. Improve cost position on the purchase of galvanneal steel Improve the average pay terms to net 55 days
