Promoted to lead 16 District Field Executives in Home Store and Big Ticket as the subject expert with focus on elevating execution, influencing the Region and District partners. Identify strategic opportunities while ensuring Macy's strategies are being executed consistently. Lead DM team to be change agents. Drive the floor planning process and shop placement in stores.
