Responsible for hiring and training all employees. Motivated staff towards monthly sales and profitability totals. Maintained inventory, including ordering product and controlling shrink. Handled all customer repair issues, both in-store and in-home. Oversaw all store operations, maintenance, and facility, including parking lot and dumpster.
