Daily Duties at The Tile Shop:
Motivated and coached sales reps to achieve monthly sales goals and KPI's. Escalation point for customer service, resolving both product and installation issues. Maintain showroom to planogram and store appearance. Trained new associates- product knowledge, installation, sale strategy, and store maintenance.
