Daily Duties at Power Transmission Solutions:
Provide daily guidance to 9 site Human Resource Teams as they partner with functional local leadership in providing support across the entire human resources spectrum. Member of collective bargaining negotiating committee. Collaborate with Corporate Human Resource teams focused on compensation, benefits, learning and development. Serve as strategic business partner to operations team.
