Daily Duties at The Judge Group (Contracted To Absolute Dental):
● Mid-Level Network Engineer working on all Printing issues, connections to Network Drives, Creating User Profiles in the Active Directory, and working in the O365 for E-Mail account creation, and Share Point Access. ● I work with all the users at all of the practices in Las Vegas, Nevada, Corporate Office, Las Vegas, Nevada, & Reno/Carson City, Nevada over the Phone, and Virtually with Team Viewer, FaceTime, and Skype. ● Working closely with Scanner Setups for the Dental Practices, All Dental Software that was used in the office, and working closely with Office Managers, Office Users, and Regional Directors. ● When outages occurred, I was working with ISP Network Carries in the areas, to restore problematic issues back to normal.
