Daily Duties at Rhd (Resouce For Human Development):
ā Mid-Level Network Engineer working on all Printing issues, connections to Network Drives, Creating User Profiles in the Active Directory, and working in the O365 for E-Mail account creation, and Firewall installations in satellite offices. ā I work with all the users at all of the satellite offices over the Phone, and Virtually with Bomguar, FaceTime, and Skype. ā I work well with in a team, and I make sure that I jump to all emergencies, and problems with in, and out of the Central Office. I make site visits when needed, and Iām always all hands on deck with all projects, and what is ever asked of me.
