Daily Duties at Wipro:
● Contracted from Wipro to Change Health Care in Nashville, Tennessee ● Primary On-Call Network Admin for the TSA Migration Team, and GTOC Off Shore. My duties were to be the first person on call to receive alerts, and problems overnight, and work with the Off Shore Team to work on the problem at hand. ● I work closely with the Cisco Meraki Systems, and help maintain the Meraki Switches for Data, Voice, and Printer VLAN’s. Identify any, and all problems that occur. ● I also work with the monitoring of the Palo Alto Firewall, Cisco vManage, & the Cisco SD-WAN, following all monitored alerts for problems with the Cisco Viptela Hardware, VPN Tunnels, and network related errors ● I work with all the users and assist them with network problems for all of the Change Health Care offices over the Phone, and Virtually with Team Viewer, FaceTime, and Skype. ● I’m always all hands-on deck with all projects, and what problems that occur on a SEV 1 – SEV 4 emergency that happens at the office, or on the overnights. ● Creating documents for the team to be able to follow, and hand off documents to the new Help Desk Team to follow for basic Tier I steps on identifying the clients problems.
