Research project manager, Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), database operations manager, falling-weight deflectometer (FWD) operations manager, technical liaison to the National Academy of Sciences Transportation Research Board (TRB), National Cooperative Highway Research Program (NCHRP) and American Association of State Highway Transportation Officials (AASHTO).
