•Managing cash funding for all loans, Prepare calculations for all loans and for investors. Prepare invoices for customers, prepare allocation and distribution reports to investors. •Prepare bank reconciliation and ensure that balance sheet and income statement is aligned with all interest reserve, loan balances and expense accounts. •Ensure that all investment is posted and accounted for and other adhoc task that is assigned is completed on time. •Prepare pay-off letter, settlement statements and credit memos. •Yearend Closing Quick Books •Prepare 1098 and 1099 at year end •Reconciling the general ledger
