Daily Duties at Ernst & Young Llp:
International Recruiter, Global Human Resources Group • Lead Campus Recruiter and Project Manager in sourcing of international candidates for the WorldLink Program (E&Y’s Global Recruitment Program), yielding 90% of the new hires required by offices in Asia, Europe and Latin America. • Assembled recruiting teams comprised of E&Y consultants to be on-site interviewers at campus recruiting days. Debriefed our interviewers on our behavioral interview approach, and managed interviewer training. • Determined job descriptions of positions required by our international office and the qualifications necessary for each. • Generated pipeline of candidates by evaluating resume books and conducting first screening phone interviews, selecting and scheduling candidates for on-campus interviews. • Managed the interview process by coordinating interview days on campus with career management offices, debriefing with candidates and interviewers, compiling interview feedback, and communicating findings back to the international offices. Point person for all graduate student candidates during the 3-day WorldLink event. Managed logistics and schedules for each of the graduate students attending the event.
