Senior Business Analyst, Product Management and Development Group • Led cross-departmental initiatives for the Marketing, Billing, Finance, Sales, and Customer Service groups, including gathering and documenting business requirements, designing the product framework, creating processes and procedures, and writing test scripts and training documents. • Facilitated cross-functional sessions for the design and documentation of requirements which resulted in the successful launch of six new service offerings, defining the company’s services in a manner that was conducive to booking, tracking, billing, and reporting of orders and revenue.
