Daily Duties at Jw Productions:
Developed and managed best in class music, sports, philanthropic and lifestyle events for a broad diversity of clients in both the public and private arenas. Direct oversight for multi-million dollar operating budgets. Planned, implemented and managed fundraising galas to raise monies for non-profit and for-profit organizations, including: overseeing all aspects of event design and production, entertainment management, silent and live auctions for up to 15,000 attendees. Managed 20+ coordinators across hospitality and VIP services, public relations and marketing, red carpet, ticket sales, front of house, and production to ensure flawless execution of concurrent activities. Actively contributed to branding events and marketing, including website content, print and television advertising.
