Daily Duties at Roberston's Ready Mix:

Conduct daily Building, Mechanical, Plumbing, and Electrical inspections of Industrial Ready-Mix Concrete plant. Record any corrections that might be needed and supervise the implementation of needed corrections. Provided leadership and oversight of team of 50 in daily production and workplace safety. Evaluate product quality before delivery and ensure correct material amount is prepared on time. Lead crisis management during equipment malfunction or plant emergencies. Conduct mechanical repairs and fabrication to maintain plant machinery. Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, complete welding and metal fabrication, and monitor condition of underground fuel tank containers. Set high standards for clean work environment and ensure compliance with industry safety protocols.
