Daily Duties at Allstate Insurance Company:
Created and supervised new support team totaling 27 contracted employees in various locations. This brand new team provided internal support for in-house applications as well as minor upgrades. Started as the single employee, taking phone calls and logging requests, then hired additional help as needed. As the team and responsibilities grew, served as client liaison between developers and clients for all technical needs and eventually became project manager. Networked with recruiting firms to hire and oversee support help. Built testing into all procedures.
