Daily Duties at Ajilon Consulting:
Team manager of support group for end-users of Investment Management departments, including: portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, legal team, etc. Spearheaded all phases and aspects of project development, such as commitment requests, risk analysis, budgeting, and testing. Provided dynamic software training for clients to ensure complete service satisfaction. Nurtured positive client relationships and maintain effective communication regarding new product developments. Responsible for all client interactions, resolve issues and concerns and follow ups.
