• Co-Creator of Texas Southern University’s new (SIRS) Student Issue Resolution System in the Call Center. • Oversaw operations, managing 21 employees under my direct supervision and devise solutions for over 4500 calls daily. • Creator of media concepts for the main university website. • Texas Southern University Office of Admissions recruiter. • Responsible for the presentation of the University to the Fort Bend School District (11 schools) and one Houston Independent School District High School.
