Daily Duties at Grant Ability Education, Inc. Dba Huntington Learning Center:

I Consult with parents who have concerns about their children's academic deficiencies. I Administered academic evaluations to determine a student's academic strengths and weaknesses. I Scored and reviewed student's academic evaluations to develop a program to help the student attain academic success. Enroll the student after presenting the academic program to the parents. Recruit new teachers by posting Ads on job boards and distributing flyers within local schools. Screen and interview teaching candidates for academic skill, exam prep, and subject tutors. Review timesheets daily in preparation for be-weekly payroll. Observe teacher performance and review with teachers monthly. Perform daily marketing by visiting schools and local merchants with marketing material. Visit schools to share my students performance and progress since they enrolled in my program. Have interim conferences with parents every 12 hours a student attends his/her program to share the students progress with their parents.
