Successfully delivered a large volume of sales presentations to buyers, DMM, GMM and C-Suite level or major retailers including Target and JC Penney. Identified new market trends and implemented strategy with internal teams to meet the market demands. Monitored performance of team and motivated them through regular touch base points and joint team projects. Collaborated regularly with the planner to monitoring replenishment inventory and act when needed to chase or cut back liability, resulting in cost savings for the company. Liaison with Target Sourcing, Merchant, and Technical teams on all account related concerns.
