 Designed and engineered pumps and pumps systems for high viscosity liquids.  Researched, tested and introduced new materials that have become trade standards in the industry  Conducted value engineering analysis to drive up efficiency and to drive down production costs.  Consulted with manufacturing engineers to ensure a smooth transition from concept to production  Conducted customer-driven product value assessments to guide engineering process improvements  Formed partnerships with outside tool makers, injection molding and die cast companies and rapid prototyping vendors to complete assigned projects on-time, on-budget and at optimum quality standards.
