 Conduct multiple projects simultaneously, for developing products for industrial and construction market.  Contribute to refine and implement the New Product Development process for North America division.  Work with senior leadership to set strategy, drive innovation, and manage profitability across their product categories.  Drive the established new product development gate process for all storage products, leading all functional groups (design & manufacturing engineering, supply chain, operations, manufacturing, procurement, etc.) to on time and on budget launch dates.  Work with Marketing Department to define meaningful and effective cost reduction programs through VE/VA process.  Support engineering activity and production translation during an M&A project.
