Daily Duties at Jimmy John's:

As COO and president of operations I was responsible for every aspect of the business. I trained and developed general and area managers. I set labor and food cost goals and helped my managers achieve those goals. I worked with our marketing department to determine how to spend our annual advertising budget. I was in charge of Human Resources and set our policy for disciplinary actions and termination. I supported my managers and staff by auditing each unit and providing corrective measures where needed.
