Daily Duties at Wow!, Inc., :

Manage and direct application training and project-related training, quality control, safety, engineering, service delivery, provisioning. Team member on implementation of new HRIS system, lead on LMS piece. Partner with vendor liaison to work with 12 contract partner owners and also 12-18 partner trainers. Manage and hold weekly 1:1 with 4 direct reports. Also responsible for 7 additional indirect reports.
