Brought in to lead the full life cycle design and development of web-based service portal to enable pre-paid subscribers to view and manage their accounts online. Primary liaison between offshore and internal teams to outsource the on-going enhancement and support of pre-paid provisioning system. Developed materials and oversaw the delivery of training to offshore team
