Built and directed all creative marketing efforts both consumer facing as well as internal and franchise efforts. Instituted a full service in-house agency where we produced various seasonal tv campaigns, email campaigns, direct mail campaigns, digital display campaigns, social content as well as print and internal needs.Mentiored and guided a staff of designers and writers. Worked with Marketing heads to establish strategies and direction of materials.
