Daily Duties at Latter Rains Revival Ministries:
Working as a team with the Board of Elders and Board of Administration. I overseed the day to day running of the ministry in terms of the spiritual and administrative direction it should take,viz; I monitored and supported programs and activities of Latter Rains Revival Ministries. I was responsible for policy formulation, Innovation and implementation. I did internal organizational assessment and moderation systems. I conducted Human resource development strategies for quality assurance. I was responsible for the interviewing and hiring of ministry workers, in collaboration with the board of elders.
