Daily Duties at Mcnt/Impel Management:

Hired to create and manage the Marketing & Public Affairs Department and led new business development, which propelled the company as one of the largest Physician Groups in Dallas/Fort Worth. Managed 12-person staff, hiring and marketing budgets (for company and, separately, for each physician practice launch). Led health education programs with corporations, including JCPenney, Citi Group, Boeing, Flowserve and Sabre. Oversaw strategic communications, developing marketing and PR objectives and strategies and effectively driving brand awareness. Managed multiple websites and ad content development for multiple markets
