Lead Lean Six Sigma project engagements from conception to deployment, handling all phases including identifying opportunities, assessing feasibility, financial justification, allocating resources, team development and management, and employing the problem solving methodology to address issues and potential delays. Designed and executed project plans and scope, and established criteria for project milestones and final deliverables. Consulted with IT teams to identify integration issues associated with other projects or existing processes and functions, and coordinate improvements with project or process owners to ensure completion of all project deliverables.
