Daily Duties at Liberty Mutual Insurance:

Directed a seven-member team of Vendor Managers governing 12+ national vendor accounts providing various service offerings. Controlled both operations and staffing budgets, tracked costs and expenditures, and ensured proper distribution according to budget constraints. Monitored vendor performance metrics by reviewing feedback from Claims and QA departments, performing routine audits, and comparing results against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Managed vendor work volume to regulate profit and loss (P&L) and optimize performance for each vendor program. Collaborated with claims leadership to determine needs for other vendor services, and researched industry to identify candidate resources. Engaged with procurement and established agreements, pilot programs and testing to evaluate vendor performance.
