I was the business owner for all digital development- communicating operational and customer needs. Spearheaded initiatives to develop and deploy customer-facing, self-service solutions and communications in an Agile environment, leveraging Sprints, and team collaboration to deliver interactive, digital products. Managed five cross-functional project teams comprised of 40 high-performing staff members from various business units including online customer portal development, web chat, claims filing app development and written and email communications. Simultaneously led project to develop online tools to manage topical letters and emails that create customer emails.
