Established a satellite learning center for counseling and wellbeing from the ground-up; assisted senior management in training administration, curriculum design and development, also with the overall recruitment and HR planning of the organization. I was responsible for establishing a satellite center in the Midlands province. Over 1000- 3000 learners were participating in programs offered by the company in several satelite learning centers nationwide annually.
