Daily Duties at Subsea Na Llc:

Initial responsible included review, development of Business Case to construct a welding base in the US to serve the GoM. In addition, with the firm being an international business starting up in the US, assisted senior leadership with development of many required processes and procedures, including assisting with the negotiation of the firms insurance program, HR processes, etc. Once the Business Case was completed, presented and approved by the BoD, converted roles to managing the firms onshore fabrication scopes of work, supported the firm in client meetings relating to welding and fabrication scopes of work.
