Daily Duties at Target Corporation:
As a member of the fulfillment team I take online orders for shipping or for in-store pick up, find and pick the items from the stock in the store, and either prepare them for packing and shipping or prepare them for the customer service team to deliver them to guests as they arrive. This involves strong knowledge of the store layout and products, apt organization skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a large number of colleagues of varying ages, abilities and backgrounds.
