Daily Duties at Faurecia Automotive Seating:
Managed special products and advanced development programs. Responsible for conducting program meetings and management reviews. Primary program contact within Faurecia and with OEM customers (GM, Nissan & Ford). Actively engage in discussions with customer on project timing expectations. Led multi-functional business program teams using automotive standards and processes for product launch. Experience with managing program activities (risk management plans) to meet performance metrics, including budget, profitability, schedule adherence and product functional capability. Monitored and report on project status. Escalate issues as necessary to avoid major program delays.
