Daily Duties at Serta Dorae:
worked in 4 different departments. All of which had the same basic responsibilities. Held employees accountable for attendance, productivity, and quality. Held counseling sessions for downward trends in any of these areas. Tracked the product through the department using the company data base. Kept each piece in the flow, to ensure that the trucks were completed in the given time. Kept spreadsheets on different product needs. Communicated with the maintenance staff as issues presented in the department. Conducted daily in department inventory for needed process materials. Communicated with upper management and co worker supervisors about anything that would effect the completeness of the trucks. Generated end of Day report out to all management upper and lower. In this report daily issues were communicated: attendance in the department, mechanical issues, raw needs, personnel issues, PPH and any news worthy for next days production.
