Daily Duties at Reats Training Services:
I contributed to successful training administration, curriculum design and development projects with Subject Matter Experts (SME). I successfully coordinated skills facilitation and coaching and implemented training interventions for Recognition for Prior Learning (RPL). I assessed learners on their progression and growth; supervise the progress on individual POEs. I also wrote in-depth personalized reports about student progress for ETDP-SETA and wholesale/retail distribution.
