Daily Duties at Crossroads Financial:
- Schedule and review audit and appraisal reports. - Identify any credit strengths or weaknesses in a company's accounts receivable, accounts payable, inventory performance, and tax history and find ways to mitigate those risks. - Draft and send official write-ups to our main lender and private investors. - Draft and execute legal loan documents on behalf of the prospect. - Gather all funds from our main lender and private investors to fund the transaction.
