Daily Duties at Sage Solutions Group:

Overall responsibility and implementations for all Human Resources functions for union and non-union facilities such as, on boarding, recruiting using ATS/HRIS systems, employee training, labor relations, job descriptions, data entry, compensation benefit administration, unemployment, workers compensation, FMLA, FLSA, Cobra, Health/Safety Management, PTO, HIPAA and ADA to ensure compliance with OSHA and all local, state, and federal labor regulations. Conducted audits of record keeping reporting, and employee classifications to ensure compliance with updates to FLSA, ACA, PMLA, 1-9, EEO and other changes in state and federal employment laws. Implemented programs in the following areas: performance management, strategic staffing/retention, legal compliance, terminations and severance packages. Engaged management and employees to create pro-employee practices such as, reward and recognition programs, development planning that increased productivity and reduced cost Payroll processes with Time & Attendance, OT scheduling, Worker's Compensation, Medical LOA, FMLA, Benefits and STD/LTD processing with systems such as, Kronos, ADP, Paychex, Paycor and Gusto. Conducted phone screens with job applicants, selected best candidates and scheduled interviews with hiring manager; performed reference checks and background checks.  Updated employee handbooks to ensure compliance with new and updated employment laws. Develop and implement organizational policy and procedures. Employee handbook development and updates.
