(2009-2014) Managed customer service based AFC projects along with managing the CS hardware engineering group. Specific responsibilities included: - Project Planning / Define project objectives and requirements - Schedule and Budget creation / WBS, CPM - Project implementation / monitor, control, reporting - Project closeout / Lessons learned - Provide technical support to Customer Service and spares processing - Defining hardware upgrades for legacy equipment - Component obsolescence mitigation - Coordinate equipment installation/retrofits and commissioning / SMART Objectives - Project build up / Schedule creation - Project management (planning, build up, implementation, close out) - Develop SOW and project documentation - Provide technical support to customer service - -
